Further and Faster – Improving Performance


Throughout the year we organise coaching workshops. The aim is to help individuals to develop a fresh approach to winning clients. In recent years we have delivered over 200 coaching workshops around the world based on the Market Scoping principles. Whilst the majority of our workshops are open we also provide in-house coaching on request.

Our workshops fall into two categories: Insight Workshops for senior executives in public and private sector organisations and Delivery Workshops for executives at the operational level who are involved with implementation.

Insight Workshops- Insight Workshops present current approaches to business development and anticipate future trends as market conditions change. They identify best practice and propose alternative strategies to enhance the business development planning process. These workshops are held over two days in central locations. Where appropriate we bring together people from different countries and sectors.
